fluid condition

fluid condition was an exhibition HILLS completed alongside artist Madeleine Sloane that responded to a series of prompts that examined their respective queer experiences. The concept of the ‘fluid’ formed the core of their investigation, as they draw parallels between the nature of bodies of water and inquiries surrounding identity and sexuality.

The exhibition fluid condition consisted of installation pieces and drawings from both HILLS and Madeleine Sloane. Bound by the same titles, each of artist's pieces interacted with each other creating a dialogue between the work.
